At MudRush, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns policy is here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or modified products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@mudrush.co.uk with your order details.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@mudrush.co.uk. We will guide you through the process.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Returns

All products come with a manufacturer warranty, the details of which can vary by product. If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at sales@mudrush.co.uk with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs or videos of the fault (if applicable).

We will liaise with the manufacturer to determine the best resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Faulty Returns

If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us immediately at sales@mudrush.co.uk to arrange for the return and resolution.
